Follow-up instruction
Health certificate
Always keep your health certificate up to date! According to legal requirements, the initial instruction is valid for life if you start your work within 3 months of receiving the initial instruction. However, to ensure that you always remain compliant, a follow-up instruction is required every 2 years.

Sequence

1. Order
Put your instructions in the shopping cart and order them. You can pay conveniently via PayPal, credit card, Mastercard and Amazon Pay.

2. Check emails
You will receive several emails from us. One contains the invoice, the general terms and conditions and the other contains access to the video course. Also check your spam folder.

3. Video course
Click on the link in your email and enter the reference number. Watch the short video and answer the questions. Have your ID or passport ready

4. Data for your certificate
Enter your details. This data is for your personal certificate and cannot be changed afterwards.

5. ID card / passport
Upload your ID or passport. This will be compared with the data you provided and then deleted.

6. You will receive your certificate
You will receive your certificate within 24 hours. The certificate is valid throughout Germany.
When you first start working in the food or catering sector, you will need instruction and certification in accordance with Section 43 Paragraph 1 of the Infection Protection Act. This instruction was previously called a health certificate or hygiene instruction or health instruction. Sections 42,43
This can only be done by your health authority or a licensed doctor. The infection protection instructions apply throughout Germany .
The online instruction is completed in just a few minutes. We will send you a link to a training video with follow-up questions. You must then upload your ID card or passport to our secure portal, as we are legally obliged to verify your identity in order to create the certificate. The certificate is issued to you personally and will be sent to you by email within 48 hours. You can present this certificate to your employer.
In addition, companies and organizations (e.g. nursing homes/old people's homes/restaurants/canteens) have the option of booking entire group instructions and thus issuing many infection protection instructions in an uncomplicated manner.
Note: Your permanent residence, place of residence or the place of work where you work or plan to work in the future is in the state capital of Stuttgart.
The certificate is valid throughout Germany!
